One Way to Begin Practicing Joy

One way of practicing Joy -- letting go of judgement. It is often easier to let go of judgement of others than to let go of judging yourself, but with practice, you can stop judging yourself as well. There are no "good" feelings or "bad" feelings, only feelings. Allow yourself to feel whatever you feel, acknowledge it and then release it. You are on your way to practicing joy in your daily life.
